Could you supply more information? What does your Gruntfile.js look like? What does your package.json look like? Try running grunt --stack
to get more information on where the error originates.
Also double check the steps in the getting started guide: https://gruntjs.com/getting-started

I did every step commend from grunt doc
my Terminal showed this..
