Add a config setting to make auto HH name formal about gwbase

Orgs want/need options for BOTH formal and informal naming. i.e.:

Formal Greeting: Mr. and Mrs. Simpson or Mr. Jones and Mrs. Smith
Formal Addressee: Mr. and Mrs. Homer Simpson (man's first name) or Mr. Bob Jones and Mrs. Mary Smith
Informal Greeting: Marge and Homer (woman's name first)
Informal Addresse: Marge and Homer Simpson (woman's name first) or Mary Smith and Bob Jones

To get this right you'd need to have Salutation (Mr., Mrs. etc.) and gender populated on contact records - and you'd need a default configuration if it wasn't (or in the case of same-sex couples). AND give users the option to overwrite it.

Hey Calista,

I think I misspoke here, we do incorporate formal greetings when a Salutation has been specified. We don't impose any order based on gender but instead impose order based on who has given more money, that name is listed first. Hope that makes sense.
