Grive is using the boost library in your home directory, but libgrive is from /usr/local/lib. That looks strange.
Also, the in the current code libgrive should be not have -pre at the end.
Looks like a library incompatible problem to me. Try a clean rebuild and run grive directly without make install.

Did a clean build and install of boost, and merged this tree into my local tree, and ran directly without installing, working fine :)
