Did you mv the files to the directory? Grive has a bug that it looks at the mtime, which is not changed when moving the files. So grive things that remote is newer and renames the local.
Can you please try copying instead of moving?

I didn't move them, I've copy/pasted using Nautilus.

No it didn't, only the ctime:
