So the problem is that grive tried to upload a file to a non-exist folder in google drive?

check out the commit bb6124c. That should fix it.

The problem is solved for 1 level dir, but remains in more than one level of folders.

sorry, wasn't able to verify it until now. i'm getting other segfaults during sync, which eventually work if i re-try it long enough (not enough info for useful bug report yet). This particular problem has been fixed, though.
