When opening an issue in our repository you get a template, this brings you some info ->
The location of this issue is not our usual issue tracker, this is just for developers to developers.

And it also contains some questions... unfortunately none have been answered.

I have really no idea of what you want, I might be able to guess but that doesn't help.
I assume you understand it, please describe it in such a way I am sure to understand what you want.

Sorry to be so direct, but spending time to understand what people want when they supply a "one-liner" is not something I like to do. I rather spend the little time I have to bring Greenshot forwards.

I like it to be direct!

As I wrote you before several emails (29.1.19, 18.3.19, 11.10.19) with a detailed description including a possible price tag I am willing to pay and never get any undeliverable response nor any answer I thought perhaps this could be a better way. Oh, just forgot to mention that the year before I wrote a feature request the official way: https://greenshot.atlassian.net/browse/FEATURE-1157
So this here seems to be the most succesful channel so far - even it is not the intention.

Sorry for not having responded so far. Please bear with us - as you may know, Greenshot is run by few people in our spare time, next to our fulltime jobs, families, homes, etc. We are constantly receiving all sorts of feedback, often more than we can handle, on several different channels. Often messages are missing crucial information, are not constructive or being cross-posted, which makes things worse.
It is unpleasant, but at the same time hard to avoid, that messages, bug reports and feature requests slip through or remain unresponded. Also please don't expect us to be able to mentally connect messages spread across different channels.

We really appreciate your suggestions, and your consideration of a donation.

If we do not respond to something, it is definitely not because we don't care. We'd love to be able to respond to every contact in a timely manner. But even if we could, there would be no time left for actual development.
