I just noticed your use-case, somehow I read it differently.
Doesn't the .ZIP "Greenshot-NO-INSTALLER-1.2.10.6-RELEASE.zip (09 Aug 2017)" found here solve your question: https://getgreenshot.org/version-history/

You can modify the greenshot.ini in the extracted directory.

Thanks for answering my questions so fast, nice to see such a dedicated developer here!
I tried the NO-INSTALLER Zip a few days ago and the settings are nice for some restrictions but i need more for my usecase. I need a very very limited version of this nice tool and i need to add new keyhooks/mousehooks to snapshot on left/right mouseclick for example when a mode for this is entered.

Would be nice to read some time a how to for building my own "zip"/portable, where i can code myself on.
