Found a solution. Now I'm doing this:

variables () {
  return {
    postId: this.$route.params.carId
  }
},
fetchPolicy: 'cache-and-network',
watchLoading (isLoading, countModifier) {
  if (!isLoading) {
    this.$nextTick(() => {
      this.description = this.Post.description
    })
  }
}

Use:

result ({ data, loading }) {
    if (!loading) {
      this.description = data.Post.description
    }
  }
