No longer able to publish Gradle plugin because of wrong "Invalid plugin ID 'plugins'" about plugin-portal-requests

I submitted the issue in this repo because it seems to be an issue with the portal where the plugin id is not correctly picked up when it was working perfectly with a very similar configuration before. Unless Gradle wrapper is tampered with on my machine, I don't see how that bug would happen other than an issue on Gradle portal backend.

The PR that had the version of the plugin I was trying to publish has been closed, and we dropped it to have it in another plugin instead (we're working on a plugin integration).

I tried to publish another version with other changes today and it worked flawlessly.
Unless you want to keep investigating on that issue that was puzzling to me, it can be closed as I no longer encounter it on other revisions of that codebase.

It seems to be there were no issue on the Plugin Portal side from what I understood about the request. Let's close it and open another one if you have another issue.
