Interferes with builds that already use the build scan plugin about gradle-profiler

Looks like if i remove

extensions.getByType(BuildScanExtension::class.java).apply {
    setTermsOfServiceUrl("https://gradle.com/terms-of-service")
    setTermsOfServiceAgree("yes")
}

everything goes just fine, but it seems like a bug, btw.

The Gradle profiler will apply its own version of the build scan plugin, which interferes here. I'll think about a solution that is less invasive. Maybe first checking if the build under test already has the scan plugin.
