Sorry for the delay and thank you for this notification.
I have no idea about how to solve this issue, I found connection problems also in #1. I hope someone else can answer.

Follow up my case.
And I use Hololens2 device too. But my app applied MixedReality-WebRTC packages must be build to ARM target.
Connection and test publish works.
You have to check out broker address and change to iot.mosquitto.org:1883
