2010 March 17. Aero from Windows Vista and 7 using CSS 3 only for visuals (buttons, windows, menus) (and to be nice to IE, filters for them). Javascript is added in for click interactivity that CSS cannot provide, such as triggering a select all or posting date-timestamps. Progressively enhances as you use Webkit-based (Safari, Chrome) and recent Gecko-based (Firefox) browsers. Looks a tad plainer on browsers without as much CSS support, like Camino, Opera, and Internet Explorer.

2010 March 4. Building a classic countdown character limit textarea.
2010 April 7. Ken Burns Effect with CSS3. Uses WebKit keyframes, so this won't work in Gecko, Prestro, or Trident browsers.

2011 June 22 and July 2. Sticky navigation bar that locks and unlocks when the vertical scroll position reaches that element (i.e. element hits the top of the viewport).
