暂时还没有前端的计划呢，以后桌面版可能会使用flutter(go-flutter-desktop)或者electron

vue的话就是electron+vue，但是打出来的安装包体积太大了

这个还没用过。套一个webview 用url访问，这样好像就不大了吧。前端这块就不用扔在本地了，放到服务器了
