Panning the map across Pacific Ocean causes infinite loop about google-map

This bug is caused by https://github.com/GoogleWebComponents/google-map/blob/master/google-map.html#L535 - in this case, oldCenter (returned by map.getCenter()) returns an invalid longitude value after crossing the Pacific (either > 180 or < -180) whereas newCenter has a corrected longitude (e.g. -182 -> 178) because the google.maps.LatLng handles the out-of-bounds longitude correctly.

I think this is more of a Google Maps JavaScript API bug, as it is reproducible on their site:

1. https://google-developers.appspot.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/full/map-simple
2. Scroll past the Pacific
3. Open console and query map.getCenter(). Note the longitude value is out of range.

Interesting! How about a oldCenter = new google.maps.LatLng(oldCenter.lat(), oldCenter.lng()); around https://github.com/GoogleWebComponents/google-map/blob/master/google-map.html#L534? Seems to clear it up for me.
