Use new appengine-maven-plugin about firebase-appengine-backend

Would be great to get some attention on this issue. Unfortunately the playchat sample seems to be the only one that supports the app engine flexible environment.

It has been reported to the firebase team maintaining those samples, I believe they have someone working on it.
