First, this is awesome.
My two cents: historically, community resource pages tend to be difficult to maintain, in particular for tools like DevTools which have a rapid pace of change. If we take a look through the content inventory page for example, the UI for a large number of the resources linked to has changed. This makes it a little tricky for end-users because they have to figure out where a feature has moved to and if the advice has been superseded since posted.
I think there's more value in making sure that each docs page has a smaller set of recent, high-quality resources which we know to be accurate and reliable. Some of them could def. come from this page. In fact, the wiki could be where we encourage the community to add DevTools related content they've worked on and we can periodically check it to see if there's anything worth bringing into the docs.
Feel free to shoot down if this doesn't make sense. Mostly drawing from our experience on docs.jquery.com - the resources page there got hairy and was left up for years with a mix of good and bad content.
