Do you have a concise test case? It sounds like it is a missing test in reflectable.

Unfortunately I have been unable to get a smaller reproduction so far, I will see if I can narrow it down today.

By the way, I just landed the version of reflectable on github that
includes the upward-closure of the set of reflectable classes when the
capability typeRelationsCapability
is included. There is an issue with
the "magic" default constructor Object
(don't ask for that ;-), but
otherwise it seems to work. If you're waiting for that, you could re-test.

I investigated the failure, and the patches: https://codereview.chromium.org/1264363003 and https://codereview.chromium.org/1269533005 should solve the immediate problem, and allows the tests to build. There still seems to be some more problems lurking around before the tests can run without failure.
