subprocess.run is not backported to python 3.4 about python-subprocess32

subprocess32 is not a backport of anything for Python 3. Only for Python 2. If you are using an old version of Python 3, the recommendation is to upgrade your Python 3.

BTW, since it is a redirect package in python 3, is it encouraged to do

import subprocess32 as subprocess

instead of

if os.name == 'posix' and sys.version_info[0] < 3:
    import subprocess32 as subprocess
else:
    import subprocess

shown in the readme?
