It would be nice to have the javadocs published somewhere like a github.io site so consumers can link to the javadocs. In the current state however, removing the javadocs would not raise any issues for me.

sgtm. ant javadoc-complete seems to work fine so people can build them easily if they want to.

I'd still like to get rid of soy_usegoog_lib.js, since that causes churn on each commit and is only used by tests.
