Describe the bug
Use local file upload to create a component, zip package format, nginx server. When creating, the zip package can be decompressed to nginx normally. When the zip package is updated and re-uploaded, and then click Build, the new zip package will not be decompressed and will be empty under nginx.
ps: If after uploading the zip package, click Re-Detect, and then click Build, the zip package will be decompressed to nginx normally.
