Use of the library with Raspberry Pi 3 and a MAX13487E that has AutoDirection Control about modbus

I figured out what to do, in case someone is also having the same problem.

The solution is to add the following code snippets to client.go:
On line 10:
"bytes"
On line 451:

if bytes.Equal(aduRequest, aduResponse[:len(aduRequest)]) {
  aduResponse = aduResponse[len(aduRequest):]
}

This addition will cancel out the echo, but only if the echo is really an echo and not some other message on the rs485 bus.
