It should be fixed in e9d8f3.
Right now the web interface will keep showing the bookmarks ordered by last added, not last updated. What do you think about it ? Should I keep it this way or change it to ordered by last updated ?

Confirmed, update timestamps are tracked now!
I think sorting the bookmarks by creation time is perfectly reasonable, so I'm voting for keeping it as it is.
