Update period does not update about gr-bokehgui

Hello @brageee,

The reason for not allowing the update time at runtime is the limitation by Bokeh plots which says that when the bokeh plot is running, you can't change the periodic callback. To be precise, you can actually add the callback, but can not delete it.

I will look for the updated method. Maybe when I port the module for recent bokeh versions, I may implement the functionality. I will keep it in mind.
