Thanks. This Patch works for me.
I think you should send the Patch to the mailing list or read 'How do I submit patches?'. If you have no more interest to fix this bug, i report this bug on the mailing list.
PS: Here are 2 testfiles to reproduce this error. "tx.grc" send a Files and "rx.grc" receive it. First start "tx",wait, than stop it. After that start "rx", wait, and stop it.

Please use our gnuradio.org issues tracker in the future for these discussions. We don't use this issue tracker so things like this can and will get lost. Thanks.
