I've not seen that error before, but I wonder about something that might not have installed correctly. Can you delete the node_modules folder and run npm install from inside the vagrant vm?

Fantastic, thanks for this. I didn't test all of the scenarios with the Vagrant option, but this does appear to fix the typings issue. I've added this into the repo.
