posix-spawn Error when doing bundle install about gitlab-recipes

How much RAM does the server have? I've seen cases where this was caused on low RAM servers and it was resolved by increasing the swap.

2GB, Rackspace cloud vm, fresh centos 6.4 just for testing that gitlab
works on centos (note, I've resorted to installing on Debian Wheezy
with the same specs and no issues, but ideally want it working on
centos/rhel)

I used ubuntu 12.04, and my RAM is 512MB, i got the same error as u.
After i add my RAM to 1GB, i solved the problem

Managed to get it installed using bitnami for anyone interested
