Feedback: First Run of CircleCI Class about training-manual

@crichID ❤️ Thank you for bravely teaching the first public Circle CI class and for keeping such great notes so we can improve.

Potential solution, we could create a team with all class members in the githubschool org, however, I think we may still encounter the issue with queued builds because I think all of the builds are technically running on the githubschool org and not on the individual class member accounts. We will need to test this!

Circle CI upgraded our account so the queued builds shouldn't be an issue. If we need more space, we just need to reach out and ask.

@crichID This has been open for quite a while. Unfortunately, nobody has showed much interest for any Circle (or Travis) specific trainings. If the class becomes a point of interest for any customers, the course would need refreshing anyway, and we could include this list. What are your thoughts on closing this issue? (and #31?)

I think this issue is ok to ❌ -- we have moved these CI trainings to Learning Lab.
