GitHub Pages build error: invalid post date about training-manual

It occurred to me today that the post dates might not need to be unique. If that's the case, this will be an easy fix. We can just make all the post dates the same by removing the $FILE_NUM logic and hardcoding the date:

0000-01-01-$STUDENT.md

This could present a problem if duplicates are created, as the filenames would not be unique. One potential workaround could be using the following format:

0000-01-01-$FILE_NUM-$STUDENT.md

Another potential solution could be use a collections instead of posts: https://stackoverflow.com/a/39905180

I like this solution even better because it makes the file names easier to work with as they don't require a date in the file name.
