Open sourcing this repository about training-manual

I would like to start a discussion around open sourcing this repository. I don't think we would get huge influxes of contributions or requests for changes. BUT, I do think the potential benefits are many - for translations, small improvements, and generally being good examples of open source.

I'm extremely supportive for the following 3 reasons:

1. Primarily sell valuable services, interpretations, and world-class consulting, but minimize the sale of prose, PDFs, slides. Sell the end result (value), not the IP (PDF) when it makes sense.
2. We're in a market-growing phase. We want to take more market share on the learner-end of the market.
3. I think this will increase demand for our paid services by making access to the proof points (useful guides) free and easy.

I'm for it. If anything it would give me the opportunity to share this more freely internally. I currently have our internal repo locked down to the training team only to match how we do the permissions here.
