small manual fixes - Japanese and English about training-manual

The welcome page isn't translated yet

This is a problem with how the manual is currently built. The only way to avoid this is to create multiple repositories for the content, which is in our future. Luckily, the translation is done, and hopefully soon the technical backend will be able to support this.

There are both Pull Requests and Pull requests - should be consistent

Agreed - thank you for pointing this out. It should actually be all lower case, like pull requests. I've opened a PR to catch what I could here.

This isn't a translation issue but the word named is displayed in the "code formatting" instead of normal text in the original 06_working_locally.html page, there is:

@alebourne Thank you again for catching these. I am going to close this issue since 2/3 of the points have been addressed, and the point about the welcome page is not something we can fix at this time but we will revisit in the future. Please let me know if you find anything else 😄
