VSCode Settings Problem on macOS about monaspace

I met a similar but not the same prob. My settings:

"editor.fontFamily": "'Monaspace Neon', monospace",
"editor.fontLigatures": "'calt', 'liga', 'dlig', 'ss06'",

However, I got nearly all the ligatures: Is there sth wrong with my settings? MacOS Sonoma 14.3 + VSCode 1.86.2 (Universal)

Seems solved by removing the option for discretionary ligatures:

"editor.fontFamily": "'Monaspace Neon', monospace",
"editor.fontLigatures": "'calt', 'liga', 'ss06'",

It showed exactly what I wanted:
