Support non-standard SSH port from the GUI about gitextensions

That is not true - you can use this urls:
git+ssh://[email protected]:2121/imapsync.git

Problem is that checking such urls via the gui fails. The port is omitted when the url is translated to plink.exe parameters and thus, the check fails altough it actually works when you add the repository.

As far as I can see there's only a problem in the validation via the gui using "Test Connection" button.

I can add a remote via the gui using ssh://[user]@[host]:[port]/[location] notation and the remote works fine.

Only thing that's not working is hitting "Test Connection" button. Doing that using such an url result's in an "Connection refused" error from plink.

So you could say "Test Connection" reports a false negative. Adding the remote actually works fine altough the test says it won't work.
