Create an android port of ios MVP about android

unfortunately i dont think this is a huge priority for us at this time. the ios app isnt heavily used, so we're not optimistic about investing resources in another native mobile app.

my 2c: i'm not super concerned by optics of the repo looking bare. if were going to build something we should build for the purposes of earning value towards shipping.

By 'create an android project', I meant to setup an Android Studio project and submit as the repo (just a starter app).

I'm just looking through the iOS repo and catching up on work that is being done.
