Thread.Sleep about git-tfs

Currently, a search only reveals 3 occurrences.

1. Retry in case of an error is behind a Thread.Sleep

   git-tfs/src/GitTfs.VsCommon/Retry.cs

   Line 42 in d39c306

   Thread.Sleep(retryInterval);

2. Another Thread.Sleep in case of an error.

   git-tfs/src/GitTfs/Core/Ext.cs

   Line 330 in d39c306

   Thread.Sleep(retryInterval);

3. Thread.Sleep when polling the gated checkin state

   git-tfs/src/GitTfs.VsCommon/TfsHelper.Common.cs

   Line 1351 in d39c306

   System.Threading.Thread.Sleep(5000);

So all of those are either only in the error case or are actually there to not do busy looping.

I am going to close this issue, if there are concrete problems etc, feel free to post further comments and we can re-open.
But right now I don't see a need for a change here...
