Update mvn repository about mechanize

I've confirmed the newer version aren't in maven repos... I just don't know why :)

I've commented on the oss sonatype issue here https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-4336?focusedCommentId=171767#comment-171767 to try and get some more info.

Ok, I've "closed" and "released" the staging repositories so versions 0.9.0 and 0.9.1 should be mirroring now. I'll leave this open and verify they are present before closing this issue.
