Hi, yes that's my email address, I'm a security researcher and a contributer to oss-fuzz(no direct relation with them) who helps open source projects getting integrated to oss-fuzz(I have helped up to 12 projects), adding my email address in vendor_ccs: helps me track/improve fuzzer performance or solve build failure issues or increase code coverage by introducing new fuzz harness..
