Update installing instruction in the README about cursor

Alright I pushed an update containing your suggestions. In my testing, the line

sudo pacman -U python-cursor-x.y.z-r-any.pkg.xz

was not necessary as makepkg -si will issue this command automatically. Can you check whether this happens on your system, too? I am considering removing that line.

@GijsTimmers Thats absolutely correct, it's not necessary to run pacman -U when you use makepkg with the -i option.
