Changing license from AGPL to GPL for inclusion in default Blender package about blender3mfformat

GPLv2 is sadly incompatible with GPLv3, meaning that they cannot coexist in the same program. So we'll have to publish it under GPLv2.

I'll change the license in this repository then.

That's awesome! I'm fine with updating to licence, preferably v3.0 though.

The license is now changed. I'm working this weekend on making a new release for support of latest Blender versions. So that would perhaps be a good candidate for inclusion then (if not the current master state).

I'd love to see this included by default as I volunteer with a maker space and am very interested in improving the Blender defaults as it relates to 3d printing.
