The Bootstrap light switch now works in my Android 4.1.2 stock browser at the demo page. The toggle still does not. Sorry, it somehow started working after several page refreshes.
The Foundation light switch still has got rendering and interactivity issues (this should move to another issue, I think).

@sompylasar It was most probably a cache issue. I create a set of unit tests with Qunit, that should test pretty much everything. You can run them here: http://ghinda.net/css-toggle-switch/test/
I'm pretty sure they could use some improvements, but should make testing on multiple devices easier.
For the Foundation light switch you should open an issue on the official Foundation repo (https://github.com/zurb/foundation), and if I can help, I'll send them a pull request.
