Custom COMMIT_MESSAGE_SEPARATOR about commitlint-jira

@rickythefox At the moment this package doesn't have a way to configure commit separator, but in next release, this possibility will be added, I have already raised an "enhancement" for that #4 . Next release has planned for the end of January. I will keep open this issue until the next release and after publishing the next version I will notify you. Thanks.

Hi, @rickythefox this issue is fixed as part of 1.3.0, to install it just run

npm i -D [email protected] [email protected]

And now your config file should look like this if you want to customise/override jira-commit-message-separator to be ": "
