CLI configuration option documentation? about kramdown

If you call the kramdown binary with the --help option, all available command line options will be shown. This includes a list of all kramdown options and their documentation.

Example CLI call which uses some options:

$ kramdown --auto-id-prefix post3 --link-defs '{test: ["http://example.com", link title]}'
# some header

this is a [link][test]
^D
<h1 id="post3some-header">some header</h1>

<p>this is a <a href="http://example.com" title="link title">link</a></p>
