What version of cpuminer-gc3355 do you test with Minera? can you log into Minera via SSH and check it with this command:

/var/www/minera/minera-bin/minerd -V

Also, do you enable cpuminer logging in the settings page? Can you share it?

Thanks

To clarify a little further: I have gridseed blades and gridseed mini usb, both on the same server (debian linux 7). When using the above mentioned version of cgminer, all is perfect. When using the cpuminer the blade just stop working after an hour or something. without any errors at all, they just receive no acepted shares anymore.

Thanks for info, but while I have in mind to add cgminer to Minera I think this issue should be posted to cpuminer's author.

In the meantime I'm talking with him about your issue, can you please send me some logs? You need to enable the log option and add "--debug" in the extra options field.

Then you can find the file in /var/www/minera/application/logs/cpuminer.log

With some logs we could find a solution for you.

One solution would be to add "--gc3355-timeout=600", this will restart your Blades if they produce no shares for over 10 mins.

I created a gist containing the log file,
see: https://gist.github.com/prolic/bfdefdc4671da07507dd

I currently try if it helps adding the suggested gc3355-timeout.
Thanks for the help so far.

The problem still persists with gc3355-timeout settings.
However minera still reports full hashrate, while I can see the hashrate dropping at the mining pool.
As I said, no problem with cgminer, so I will switch from minera/cpuminer to scripta/cgminer, for now.

Well the problem described seems to be solved by cpuminer's author, so I'm closing this while cgminer support still remains in the roadmap.
