I suppose some more work is needed to adjust the visnetwork output to make it more equivalent to the processmap output. I'll try to look into into asap.

If you want to add zooming, then you can wrap the grVizOutput in a panAndZoom Widget from this package:
https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/svgPanZoom/index.html
Alternatively since v0.3.0 you could use the map in processanimateR (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/processanimateR/) and specify animation_mode = "off"
.

There is not specific support for visnetwork build in processmapr others than which comes from DiagrammeR. Why do you want to use visNetwork in the first place?

I have built a shinyApp to visualize the generated process-map by your package.
For now I used renderDiagrammeR on the server and grVizOutput on the ui side. Everything works fine and the map look like it should after generating.
My Problem is, that in some cases my Data generates huge process-maps that cannot fit in my frame correctly. The Names of the Edges and Notes cannot be read and itβs not possible to zoom or focus in.
My Idea was to switch over to VisNetwork as Output format to get the chance to zoom and build in other functionalities like mouse over building Groups (for different shapes or colors for example)

Wow that would be very helpful π
Thank you so much for now!!
