Add a way to change the default folder to create New Sketch about deviot

Hi @micaelc thanks for your feedback, I'll add this feature in the next release!

@micaelc I've added two new options to solve this problem:

• Now each time you use the file chooser it will remember the last path you selected.
• A new option in Deviot Menu > Options > Change Default Path will let you select a specific path (it will rewrite the previous option)
