PS, when I try without passing any CRS, I get the collection and items page, but I get geometry as null

Hi @krishnaglodha , I inspected this bug and I observed the following:

The issue with the null geometry is from Esri MapServer. Try accessing this url to confirm. Also, if you inspect the service directory, shape (esriFieldTypeGeometry) is missing in the output fields. There are some insights here and here for possible solutions.

The issue with the crs might/might not be a bug. Because according to https://github.com/geopython/pygeoapi/blob/master/pygeoapi/util.py#L658 , it appears that a list is expected from the provider crs config, which means, if you set the crs to a list (see attached), the bug will be fixed.
I hope it helps.
