Map legend icons are not shown correctly about core-geonetwork

The response from the server looks ok, but when is rendered in the map some some icons are cropped:

I'm not totally sure, but looks like is not calculating properly the area to display.

@ianwallen it seems the extent of the layer maybe is too adjusted for OpenLayers:

Lines 1838 to 1844 in 523f4fc

I changed (for a simple test, that is not the correct fix) and displays the icons properly.

                      layerInfo.extent.ymax + 1
                    ]

What we can do is to apply a small factor to the extent, I'll check for a proper fix.
