Travis CI builds fail due to negative credit balance about gentoo-docker-images

I suppose it would be nice if releng included this on the machine making stages -- preferably saving unnecessary back-and-forth traffic.

That would be super nice, but until then would it be possible to fix the current Travis setup? A request should be made to increase the allotted minutes:

We will be offering an allotment of OSS minutes that will be reviewed and allocated on a case by case basis. Should you want to apply for these credits please open a request with Travis CI support stating that you’d like to be considered for the OSS allotment.
