Feature request: Save chat to .md file about vscode-chatgpt

@gregid 🔥 Check out v1.5.0. I added a new feature to allow users to export all conversation history in one click. The resulting file may have some html artifacts, I will optimize it as we go but it's super handy right now! Thanks again for feedback!

The export looks better and better with every release and you do deliver quickly! The only thing that doesn't work correctly is code snippets - in version 1.6 they are put in single backtick instead of e.g.: ```js ``` for javascript plus they loose other formatting like line ends. But you are probably aware of this.
Anyway this is is exactly what I thought is needed.

Could we have "autosave on quit" + "reload history on restart" option?

I guess it's not possible to keep the conversation state the whole time, but a history log would be very helpful to pick up where I left last time.
