It should be centered, if the frame is shorter than the text, I center it automatically. You have to be careful if you set a navigationItem's titleView, UIKit performs some auto-centering, you might want to wrap the sliding text into another view to circumvent that.
Attached a screenshot, you can see the frame is highlighted in red and then text is centered.

I add a view on the navigation bar, and add my title view label into that view. For some reason my text isnt being centered, ill see if re-downloading it does anything?

Oh! I figured out the issue. Its because of the rotation:] If i go into that view in landscape, the text is centered. But if i go portrait/landscape and switch to the opposite, then it will be off center.

I'll have to check the rotation behavior of it, haven't tried it yet.
