Why hactoberFest is excluding our PR's? about hactoberfest2022

This repository has been permanently excluded from Hacktoberfest 2022. This means that any pull requests (PRs) made to this repository will not be counted towards your contributions for Hacktoberfest 2022.

Please contribute to valuable repositories instead of sending pull requests (PRs) to repositories that are there to defeat the whole purpose of Hacktoberfest 2022.

Any repeated, continuous exclusions will automatically ban your account from participating in Hacktoberfest 2022.

according to the Hacktoberfest 2022 guidelines

BAD REPOSITORIES WILL BE EXCLUDED.
PR/MRs should be useful to maintainers. Repos that encourage simplistic PR/MRs (like adding a name or profile to a list or arbitrarily curating content) will be excluded from Hacktoberfest. Remember: quantity is fun, quality is key.
